Payments: Payment in full is required prior to the program.

Workshop Meals: Refreshments are provided for half day workshops. Lunch is provided for full day workshops.

Cancellations: Cancellations and substitutions can be accepted up to 10 days prior to the course start date, provided Positive Persuasion is advised in writing.
